The DAM VESSELS collection features a limited series of one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces, exploring the potential of casting through manipulation of a traditional ceramic manufacturing process. With a system of 12 individual modular moulds, allowing multiple configurations to form a family of water jugs, this limited collection forms the outcome of a larger body of work entitled Requiem for a River︎︎︎ — a participatory performance and installation exploring the water politics and geopolitical dominance of the hydropower dam on the Mekong River.
