This body of work studies the Eurasian river otter (Lutra lutra) within the spatial and conceptual context of the Millingerwaard nature reserve, a rewilding initiative carried out by the Dutch government to restore ecology in the Netherlands.

By investigating how a rewilding design intervention could influence the settlement of the river otter in the Millingerwaard, we explored the potential for multispecies cohabitation to promote the regeneration of biodiversity and the biosourcing of local raw materials.
